A Dream Fulfilled: Enrolling in Seminary
For years, I’ve carried a deep desire to attend seminary—a longing to grow in my knowledge of God’s Word and to be better equipped for ministry. I’m thrilled to share that the time is finally right. I’ve enrolled in the Master’s program at Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary, and I couldn’t be more excited about this new chapter of learning and growth.
This decision didn’t happen overnight. It’s the result of years of prayer, waiting, and trusting God’s perfect timing. Through every season, I’ve felt the gentle nudge to keep moving forward, even when the path seemed uncertain. Now, as I step into this new opportunity, I’m filled with gratitude and anticipation for all that I’ll learn through my professors, class materials, and peers.

If you’ve ever felt a longing to go deeper in your walk with God—whether through formal education, ministry opportunities, or personal study—I want to encourage you to hold on to that desire. God places dreams in our hearts for a reason, and He is faithful to bring them to fruition in His perfect timing. Discerning whether a desire is truly placed there by God is a subject for another post. Be sure it aligns with Scripture and seek wisdom from mature Christ-followers who know you well. If all of that checks out, don’t be afraid to take the next step, even if it feels small.
One verse that has encouraged me throughout this journey is Philippians 1:6 (ESV): “And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.” Trust that God is at work, shaping and preparing you for the plans He has in store.
